City of Mounds View Comprehensive Plan <br /> Land Available for Development / Redevelopment <br /> Figure 9 on page 54 shows land potentially available for residential development and/or <br /> redevelopment. <br /> There is a limited supply of land that can be developed for additional housing in Mounds View. <br /> Potential sources include vacant single-family residentially zoned lots,subdivision of large existing <br /> single-family lots, and redevelopment.
