Hereinafter, the City of Mounds View is referred to as the OWNER. <br /> I. PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> The OWNER would like to develop plans for a New Park Shelter at Groveland Park, based on <br /> the plans that TKDA developed for Hillview Park in 2001, with specific modifications to those <br /> plans. A site survey will also be required to develop the site plan to locate the building on the <br /> site and to set the building floor elevation.
