These include both short term and long term needs. The <br /> identification of the park needs is the first step in developing a long term Capital <br /> Improvement Program(CIP) and developing recommendations pertaining to the City's <br /> park system for consideration in the 2005 Budget. <br /> The needs list are categorized into three categories: <br /> A. Maintenance (do now) <br /> B. Budget(budgeted item for 2005,2006, or 2007) <br /> C.
