Ask if their previously submitted application is OK or <br /> if they would like to submit a new one. <br /> December 16, 2004 Request to publish the ad on the City's web site. <br /> Date XX Add vacant seat information to City message board? <br /> December 22, 2004 Advertisement is published <br /> January 10, 2005 The vacant seat is announced at the next City Council Meeting. <br /> How to obtain an application, and the deadline for submittal are <br /> also announced. <br /> January 17, 2005 Deadline to receive applications <br /> January 27, 2005 Park and Recreation Commissioners provide a recommended <br /> candidate <br /> February 9, 2005 Give applications to the Mayor for review along with the Park and <br /> Recreation Commissioners recommendation.
