2. Funds for this project are to be derived from the donations raised <br /> by the for the Greenfield Playground Equipment Replacement <br /> Project with the remaining amount, up to $48,000.00, as per <br /> Resolution 6313, from the Park Dedication Fund in the 2005 <br /> Budget. <br /> 3. That the bid of Minnesota/VVisconsin Playground in the amount of <br /> $60,000.00 for the Greenfield Playground Equipment Replacement <br /> Project is the lowest responsive bid. <br /> 4. That a contract to perform said work is awarded to <br /> Minnesota/Wisconsin Playground and that the Mayor and City <br /> Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br /> contract with said bidder. <br /> 5. That the contract will also include a climbing wall at an estimated <br /> cost of $4,000, with the total project cost not to exceed the <br /> budgeted amount of $64,541.05. The inclusion of said climbing wall <br /> is contingent on receiving majority approval from the Parks and <br /> Recreation Commission. <br /> 6. The Public Works Department is authorized and directed to return <br /> the deposit made for said bids, except the deposit of the successful <br /> bidder, which shall be retained until a contract has been signed. <br /> Adopted this 13th day of December 2004. <br /> (ATTEST) <br /> Jerry Linke, Mayor <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br />
