Unfinished Business: <br /> a) Facility Guide Update- Draft is being currently being formatted. It will be presented at the February <br /> meeting. The City is looking for picture to include in the guide. Are there pictures the Parks and <br /> Recreation Commission would like to submit? <br /> b) YMCA Executive Committee Meeting—There was a meeting on January 5, 2004. Any update from <br /> this meeting? <br /> c) Park Usage Survey/Data Collection—Any updates on the data collection process. Include in the <br /> March/April addition of the Mounds View Matters? <br /> d) Community Survey—On hold <br /> e) Garbage Collection Fund—On hold <br /> f) City Council Appointments—On January 12, 2004, the City Council approved Resolution No. 6162 <br /> appointing John Kroeger to another term on the Park and Recreation Commission and appointing <br /> him as Chairperson on this Commission. <br /> g) Ice Rink Update <br /> 4. New Business: <br /> a) Groveland Park Building Replacement. —Initiate discussions on this topic. Attached is a park <br /> building usage summary. <br /> b) Skate Park—Initiate discussions on this topic. This item is currently in the City's Capital <br /> Improvement Program scheduled for 2004. It was not recommended in 2003. Does the Commission <br /> want to proceed with this, delay it, or remove it from the Capital Improvement Program? <br /> c) Discussion of Community Center/Recreation Operations—see attachement <br /> d) YMCA Registration Process For Youth Sports Programs <br />
