As can be noted Mr. Sunde is stating that they will not be able to <br /> dredge or develop the pond to the initial depths approved by the City Council . <br /> Staff would recommend that the Parks and Recreation Commission provide the City <br /> Council wi'th some direction regarding their feelings as to the pond not being completed <br /> to the initial specifications. Although staff does not have any specific recommendation <br /> it would be our contention that some type of "perk" or benefit be given back to t <br /> City in exchange for the pond not being developed as initially proposed.
