Snowmobiles . See Chapter 202 as it relates to • <br /> parks. <br /> 52 . 07 . Swimming . No person shall swim, bathe in, or enter <br /> any park waters or unauthorized swimming areas except where in- <br /> dicated by City authorized sign placed by the Parks and Recreation <br /> Department. <br /> 52. 08 . Damaging or Removing Property Prohibited. No person <br /> shall destroy, damage, mar, deface, or otherwise injure any property <br /> or facility in City parks, playgrounds, open space or recreation <br /> areas . No person shall break, cut, mutilate, injure, remove, or <br /> carry away any tree, plant, flower, shrub, rock, soil, sand, fence, <br /> benches, tables, or any other property or facilities located in <br /> City parks , playgrounds, open space or recreation areas. <br /> 52 . 09. Trapping by Permit Only. No person shall place or <br /> set any trap or device designed to kill or capture wild animals <br /> upon privately owned or public lands within the City in violation <br /> of any law, ordinance or rule pertaining to trespassing. No person <br /> shall engage in trapping on publicly owned lands within the City <br /> without possessing a valid permit. A permit may be issued by the <br /> City Council to any applicant who can satisfactorily demonstrate <br /> the following: • <br /> 1) They possess a valid state trappers license; or <br /> 2) They are under the age of 16 years and have com- <br /> pleted a course in trapper education offered by <br /> or under the sponsorship of the Department of <br /> Natural Resources; or <br /> 3) They have at least three years of previous trapping <br /> experience and have not, within the preceding three <br /> years, been convicted of a violation of any trapping <br /> law, ordinance, or rule. <br /> No person shall place or set any trap with a jaw spread greater <br /> than six inches upon privately or publicly owned lands within the City. <br /> 52. 10. Selling Prohibited. No person shall sell any article <br /> whatsoever in any City park, playground, open space or recreation <br /> area unless specifically authorized by the Director of Parks and <br /> Recreation, in conformity with all statutes and ordinances relating <br /> thereto. <br /> 52 . 11. Posting of Signs and Handbills Prohibited. No person <br /> shall paste nor affix nor inscribe any handbill or poster or sign <br /> on any structure or property in any City park, playground, open • <br /> space or recreation area unless specifically authorized by the <br /> Director of Parks and Recreation. <br />
