Contract Modification <br /> October 8, 1981 <br /> Page 2 <br /> • <br /> As we're currently approximately $13,000.00 under bid in the project and the <br /> good material is a necessity to make the project work, staff would recommend <br /> that the compromise addendum to the contract for $2,500.00 as a not to exceed <br /> figure, be approved by the City Council . Should the Council determine that the <br /> contract not be amended, we would be forced to bring in material from a trucking <br /> firm outside the project which would be a great deal more costly. <br /> Should you have any questions regarding this contract, staff will be on hand <br /> Tuesday to provide any additional background information as requested. <br /> • <br /> • <br />
