Anderson , Director <br /> Parks , Recreation and Forestry <br /> DATE: October 20, 1981 <br /> RE: De Gross Lawsuit <br /> Enclosed are copies of the final notice of judgement regarding the lawsuit <br /> of De Gross versus Mounds View Parks and Recreation Department. As can <br /> be noted the City won the lawsuit on each of the issues that were raised <br /> and at this time it appears to be a "dead" issue. Mr. De Gross does have the <br /> opportunity to file for a second suit with a jury until October 22 , 1981 . At <br /> • this time staff has received no indication as to his desires in that area but <br /> I will keep you apprised as to any new information I might hear. <br /> If you have any questions regarding this issue, feel free to contact myself <br /> at 784-3055, extension ##41. <br />
