1111 <br /> 52 . 15 ANIMALS TO BE LEASHED <br /> No person shall allow his dog or other domestic animal in <br /> a public park or open space without being effectively restrained <br /> by chain or leash . No person shall allow defecations from his dog <br /> or domestic animal to remain deposited upon City parks and open <br /> spaces . <br /> 52 . 16 FIRES TO BE CONTROLLED <br /> No person shall ignite a fire in any park or open space except <br /> in places provided for such purposes . Persons igniting a fire <br /> in a provided place shall completely extinguish such fire prior <br /> to departing from the park or open space . <br /> • <br /> 52 . 17 PENALTIES <br /> Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance shall , upon <br /> conviction thereof , be punished by a fine not to exceed five hun- <br /> dred dollars ($500 . 00) and by imprisonment not to exceed ninety (90) <br /> days . <br /> 52 . 18 It is the responsibility of the Mounds View Police Department to <br /> patrol City parks and to enforce the above ordinances . <br /> • <br />
