Parks and Recreation Commission Minutes <br /> March 30 , 1981 Page 2 ' �- <br /> REVIEW INITIAL CONCEPT Mr. Gary Tushie , representing Saunders/Thalden, Inc . <br /> PLAN FOR SILVER VIEW PARK reviewed the initial concept plan or blob study for <br /> Silver View Park . <br /> After a great deal of general discussion, Commision- <br /> er Lloyd Scott made a motion to provide a pedestriar <br /> cross-walk and sidewalk on the east side of Silver <br /> Lake Road as a public pedestrian access near <br /> Bronson Avenue . <br /> The motion was seconded by Commissioner Jerry Linke . <br /> The motion passed unanimously . <br /> 7 ayes <br /> 0 nayes <br /> Commissioner Jerry Linke also made a mo <br /> tion to <br /> approve the concept plan of Silver View Park wi411 <br /> the understanding that changes may be made at the <br /> public hearing. <br /> Commissioner Donna Bowman seconded the motion . <br /> The motion passed unanimously . <br /> 7 ayes <br /> 0 nayes <br /> A motion was made by Commissioner Jerry Linke to <br /> hold a public meeting to review the Silver View <br /> Park concept plan Saturday, April 11 at City Hall <br /> at 10 : 00 a .m. <br /> Commissioner Lloyd Scott seconded the motion . <br /> Motion passed unanimously . <br /> 7 ayes <br /> 0 nayes 411 <br />
