Motion <br /> passed unanimously. <br /> 7 ayes <br /> 0 nayes <br /> Commissioner Lloyd Scott made a motion to approve <br /> the following language for the City Park Plan; <br /> "With this amount in mind, the Mounds View City <br /> Council and Park and Recreation Commission <br /> propose to implement this program with funds from <br /> State and Federal grants , City Park and Playground <br /> Fund and revenues from a park referendum if <br /> approved by the voters of Mounds View. The <br /> development of Silver View Park will be primarily <br /> through State and Federal funds .
