IMPLEMENT THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF LAKESIDE PARK . <br /> III . ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES <br /> A . PROVIDE THE INSURANCE NEEDS OF LAKESIDE PARK <br /> B . ORDER AND PURCHASE BUDGETED OPERATIONAL MATERIALS <br /> C . OBTAIN THE REQUIRED STATE PERMITS FOR WATERFRONT BEACH OPERATIONS <br /> SUCH AS D.N . R . , WATERSHED DISTRICT, AND OTHERS . <br /> • IV. PAY UTILITY BILLS . <br /> SUBDIVISION 5 . REAL PROPERTY AND PERSONAL PROPERTY . REAL PROPERTY <br /> ACQUIRED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE HELD BY THE RESPECTIVE CITY AS TENANTS <br /> IN COMMON . EACH CITY SHALL OWN A FIFTY PER CENT (50%) INTEREST IN ALL <br /> PROPERTY ACQUIRED HEREUNDER, BE IT REAL OR PERSONAL. <br /> SUBDIVISION 5 . BUDGET . (A) THE RESPECTIVE CITIES SHALL EACH YEAR, <br /> PRIOR TO AUGUST 1, PREPARE A BUDGET FOR THE ENSUING CALENDAR YEAR . THE <br /> BUDGET SHALL SHOW THE ESTIMATED REVENUES TO BE DERIVED IF ANY, ANTICIPATED <br /> CONTRIBUTIONS OR GRANTS FROM ANY SOURCE WHATSOEVER, AND EXPECTED APPROPRIA- <br /> TIONS FROM EACH CITY . <br /> IT SHALL ALSO SHOW ESTIMATED EXPENDITURES BROKEN DOWN AS FOLLOWS : <br /> ( 1) SALARIES <br /> (2) SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS <br /> (3) EQUIPMENT <br /> (4) REAL ESTATE ACQUISITION, MAINTENANCE, AND IMPROVEMENT . <br /> (5) MISCELLANEIOUS EXPENDITURES <br /> • SUCH BUDGET SHALL BE SUBMITTED NOT LATER THAN SEPTEMBER FIRST TO <br /> THE RESPECTIVE CITY COUNCILS . THE FINAL DECISIONS OF THE CITY COUNCILS <br /> AS TO THE REQUESTED CONTRIBUTIONS SHALL BE REPORTED BACK TO THE COMMISSION, <br />
