<br /> The following is a listing of the Chapters of the Municipal Code and
<br /> the Department Head (s) and/or Commission (s) responsible for their
<br /> review and submission of recommendations to the City Council .

<br /> Those code chapters listed in my December 19th memo to the City Council
<br /> will be discussed on the date indicated and you should have your
<br /> recommendations ready by that date. The chapters not listed and assigned
<br /> to you and/or your Commission (s) should be reviewed during the year
<br /> with recommendations being submitted during the months of November and
<br /> December.
<br /> In every case I will be personally reviewing the Code and will want to
<br /> discuss your recommendations prior to your meeting with the City Council .
<br /> Once the Council has approved the calendar I will be providing you with
<br /> a comprehensive listing of dates and assignments. Until then, I would
<br /> suggest you begin your preparations for undertaking this extensive
<br /> project in 1981.
