All expanded public use will be managed to assure there is no degradation of the water resources. Public information meetings on the concept plan will be Wednesday,January25 and Thursday,February bruary 9 from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM at the conference room,Burnet Realty Building,I-35E and Highway 96.The Friends need to make their voices heard,given the significance of this regional resource. With most land in Ramsey county being igh highly developed,creation of a"new"park of this magnitude is likely a once-in-a-life-time opportunity.
