Federal funds can now be obligated for <br /> projects that are included in the TIP. <br /> In our letter last July we indicated that the following projects your agency submitted in the regional <br /> solicitation process for federal fiscal years 1995, 96, and 97 for the Surface Transportation Program (STP), <br /> Congestion Mitigation Air Quality Program (CMAQ), and the Transportation Enhancement Program (TEP) <br /> had been approved by the Transportation Advisory Board. These projects are included in the TIP and are <br /> • listed below: <br /> Category Project Description Year <br /> Enhancement Ped Bridge across Highway 10 1996 <br /> In order to receive these federal funds, you will be required to obligate the entire amount by the sunset date. <br /> The sunset date for all projects is December 31, 1998. Project administration and necessary documentation, <br /> as required by law,needs to be completed in conjunction with the State-Aid Office of Mn/DOT. Proposers <br /> should contact Robert Brown, Director, Metro Division Office of State-Aid at 582-1351. <br /> In this regard, an informational meeting for all categories of projects will be held on Friday,January 20, 1995 <br /> from 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 Noon in the Metropolitan Council Chambers.
