A proposal will be submitted to Council in January that will authorize us to <br /> do a detailed feasibility study on your project,as well as the sidewalk and sediment pond upstream <br /> of the culvert cross. <br /> I did,however,complete the information you requested. Enclosed is a letter from Kelly Bettendorf <br /> discussing the wetland impacts of your project. The cost to install the culvert is estimated to be <br /> $3,000 to$4,000, plus $5,000 to $10,000 for engineering, plans and specifications,bidding services <br /> and permits. You, thus, should budget $7,500 to $15,000 to install to culvert. I can prepare a <br /> detailed estimate if you wish to pursue installation. <br /> Once the details are worked out, I feel that the total project cost will be closer oser to the 7 500 range. <br /> $ , g <br /> I recommend that if the Council does not authorize a detailed feasibility study as part of the <br /> sidewalk project,we get together and finalize the crossing width, size, etc. so I can get you a more <br /> detailed cost estimate. <br /> Sorry for the delay in getting you this information.
