803.01 803.03 <br /> • <br /> CHAPTER 803 <br /> SNOWMOBILES <br /> SECTION: <br /> 803.01: Adoption of Statutes <br /> 803.02: Restrictions on Operation <br /> 803.03: Hours of Operation <br /> 803.04: Violation of Provisions <br /> 803.01: ADOPTION OF STATUTES: Any person operating a <br /> snowmobile in Mounds View, unless provided otherwise herein, <br /> shall be subject to the provisions of sections 84.81 to 84.911, inclusive, <br /> Minnesota Statutes, and to the regulations of the Commissioner of Natural <br /> Resources, which are incorporated herein by reference. (1988 Code §202.01) <br /> • 803.02: RESTRICTIONS ON OPERATION: <br /> Subd. 1. No person shall operate a snowmobile in Mounds View, except: <br /> a. On any privately owned land with the express permission of the <br /> property owner. <br /> b. In an emergency during the period of time when and at location where <br /> the condition of the roadway renders travel by automobile impractical. <br /> c. By City maintenance personnel and members of the City Police <br /> Department in the performance of their duties. <br /> Subd. 2. No person shall operate a snowmobile in the City upon the paved <br /> portion or boulevard of any trunk highway, County road or Municipal <br /> street. (1988 Code §202.02) <br /> 803.03: HOURS OF OPERATION: No person shall operate a <br /> snowmobile in Mounds View between the hours of eleven o'clock <br /> (11:00) P.M. and seven o'clock (7:00) A.M., prevailing time in Ramsey County, <br /> Sunday through Thursday, and from one o'clock (1:00) A.M. to seven o'clock <br /> (7:00) A.M. on other days, including the day preceding a national holiday.
