<br /> SITE USE:
<br /> The Ramsey County sites were open for the same days and hours during 1994.
<br /> During the spring, summer, and fall seasons the sites were open 38 hours per week.
<br /> The sites were open from Sunday,March 28 to Wednesday,November 30.
<br /> The sites were closed on: Easter Sunday, April 3; Memorial Day, Monday,May 30;
<br /> Independence Day,Monday, July 4; and Labor Day,Monday September 5.
<br /> SITE VISITS:
<br /> A total of 350,317 site visits were recorded for 1994 at the eight yard waste sites. (see figures 1
