The agenda will be light, we can review the <br /> year' s activities and look forward to 1996 . <br /> Pam Starr and Dave Long indicated that they were questionable for <br /> attendance at this meeting because of prior commitments. If any <br /> others cannot make the meeting please call me at 784-0618 . <br /> I will be attending the Executive Development School in <br /> Albaquerque, New Mexico Noveber 26 - December 2 . Tuesday, <br /> December 6, Rick Wriskey and I will be meeting with Zack Hanson <br /> • with Ramsey County reviewing plans that they have developed for <br /> improvements to Ardan Park compost facility.
