City of <br />Resolution No. 2007-05a <br />Mounds View Charter Commission <br />1 ou11(ls Dated Dec 13, 2007 <br />View <br />Whereas, the Mounds View Charter Commission has received a request to change <br />Charter the publishing requirements for the City Newsletter from six to four times each year <br />Commission <br />and whereas, there have been numerous requests to increase the distribution <br />requirements to ensure that the city does a better job of delivering the newsletter to <br />all Mounds View residents, <br />Chair <br />Jonathan J Thomas <br />763-784-5205 Therefore, MoundsViewthe Charter Commacting under Minnesota Statute <br />410.12 Subdivision 7, recommends the following amendments by the addition of the <br />Vice Chair blue and dri ht io.1t41_ it>r and by the deletion of the Red and stricken <br />Bill Doty language.
