RESOLUTION NO. 102-1999 <br />MOUNDS VIEW <br />CHARTER COMMISSION <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING CHARTER COMMISSION APPROVAL OF <br />RESOLUTION NO. 102-1999; 1999 REGULAR MEETING SCHEDULE. <br />WHEREAS, Article III, Section 1, of the Mounds View Charter Commission By - <br />Laws, requires the Commission to establish by resolution a schedule of regular meetings; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Charter Commission's special meeting of April 8, 1999, <br />necessitated additional meetings; and <br />WHEREAS, the second Thursday at 7 PM for every month hereafter through <br />October 1999. <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the Charter Commission's approval of Resolution <br />102-1999, and that the Commission Chair forward the meeting dates to the City - <br />Administrator for posting to comply with the Minnesota Open Meeting Law (Minnesota <br />Statutes, Section 471,705) <br />Adopted this 13th day of May, 1999. <br />mmission Chair <br />Attest: <br />Coi�mission Officer <br />
