Note: If a select number of Centennial Youth Hockey Association or High School Girls or •
Boys team members were residents of a financial participant, (i.e. Blaine), these indi-
viduals would he able to participate in the public or open skating programs only. No
teams from the Centennial Association would have access because their
Association/School District/City would not have been a financial partner. An individ-
ual may participate on any team they chose. However, their team will have access to
the facility if that teams governmental unit is a financial participant.
Summary: This project will succeed because a coalition of communities and governmental
units will equally sacrifice and contribute together. As soon as one group tries to
get "something for nothing" a successful formula will cease to exist.
_
•
•
