We have invited <br /> neighborhood input from residents living around Woodcrest Park. Letters have been sent to the <br /> neighborhood homes living around Woodcrest Park area. I have not received a single telephone <br /> call from anyone so far to date. Therefore, I have no idea if anyone, or how many people will <br /> attend the meeting. Our meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. so that we can conduct business before <br /> the resident informational brainstorming session which will begin at 7:00 p.m. in the Council <br /> Chambers. I expect that we will discuss our frustrations with developing Woodcrest Park and <br /> listen to whatever ideas neighbors have regarding future use of the land. <br /> Sherry Gunn has been newly appointed as Parks and Recreation Commissioner. We will have the <br /> • opportunity to welcome Sherry at this March meeting. <br /> If you are unable to attend the meeting please call to notify me at 784-0618. Also, if you are <br /> available, we would certainly appreciate your assistance at the Youth Athletic registration Friday <br /> evening, March 22 from 6:30 - 8:00 p.m. at City Hall lower level.
