• <br /> • The building furnace was replace and venting was improved. <br /> New carpeting and interior wall and ceiling improvements made. <br /> Park amenities including park sign, rules and regulations sign, benches, drinking fountain and <br /> landscaping have been purchased and installed. <br /> The hockey rink was paved for rollerblading activity. In addition, a basketball goal was installed <br /> on the paved area for basketball activity. <br /> WOODCREST PARK <br /> A new playground was purchased and installed. <br /> In addition, picnic tables, grill, benches and trash receptacles were added. <br /> A sand volleyball court was constructed by an Eagle Scout candidate. <br /> The old hockey rink boards were removed because of safety concerns, and poor rink conditions <br /> due to the subsurface soil materials. <br /> Drain tile and grading was done to assist in the storm water runoff at Woodcrest Park. <br /> A patio are was constructed along with a drinking fountain and walkway from the parking lot. <br /> RANDOM PARK <br /> The portable classroom building was purchased from the School District. A block foundation was <br /> constructed along with a rampway and front stairs.. Additional building improvements were made <br /> including new interior ceiling tiles, wall boards, installation of a bathroom facility and storage <br /> closet. <br /> Park drainage was improved with the installation of a drainage swale. <br /> The parking lot was paved. The parking lot has dual usage as a basketball hardcourt. <br /> Amenities to the park include a park sign, picnic table, and grill. <br /> EDGEWOOD SCHOOL ATHLETIC COMPLEX <br /> Benches have been installed at fields number 3 & 4. <br />
