2-• -2- <br /> 1111 <br /> Staff ' s feeling on this issue is that we should keep the compost- <br /> ing program at one location and encourage our surrounding commun- <br /> ities to get involved in composting so that we are not serving <br /> residents outside the City of Mounds View. The program was coor- <br /> dinated by Odas Newton , our City Forestry Assistant, in a very <br /> positive and public relations oriented way and staff feels that <br /> the program proved to be very beneficial to all that participat- <br /> ed.
