Become more organized - continuing to have Groveland Park <br /> as our focal point ( i .e . by-laws , election of officers , <br /> etc . ) <br /> C . Become a city-wide park improvement group opposed o osed to • <br /> working just for Groveland Park. <br /> D. Lobby the City Council f. Nark improvement funds. <br />
