Coordinate and control facility usage for the Edgewood <br /> Community Center Pool and Lakeside Park Beach to include <br /> • pool rentals and other special pool activities . <br /> 10 . Initiate and control all supply equipment purchases to <br /> replenish existing inventories and provide additional items <br /> necessary for effective program implementation and assure <br /> that they are in good working condition . <br /> 11 . Establish necessary policies and procedures required to <br /> insure all required paper work is maintained for the proper <br /> and efficient running of the aquatics program including <br /> preparation of well documented reports that clearly identify <br /> existing program activity and extent of participation . The <br /> reports should include supporting information identifying <br /> accountability for administration of each program and re- <br /> lated employee lists, budget allocations, etc . <br /> 12 . In addition , Ms. Thielen will work towards accomplishing <br /> the objectives as outlined in her memorandum entitled , <br /> "Proposal for possible aquatic director responsibilities" , <br /> as noted in Addendum A. <br /> 13 . In addition , Ms. Theilen will interface with the school <br /> district as outlined in Addendum B which is the joint <br /> powers agreement with the school district providing <br /> 1111 <br /> coordination of the pool programs on a school district <br /> wide basis . <br /> In return for the aforementioned services from Ms . Thielen, the <br /> City of Mounds View hereby agrees to the following : <br /> 1 . Provide reimbursement for the proposed activities at an annual <br /> rate of $9 , 000 . 00 per year to be paid in twenty-six equal <br /> increments of $346. 15 per pay period . <br /> 2 . The hourly work schedule will be (September through May) <br /> 15 hours per week for 39 weeks equivalent to 585 hours . <br /> Approximately half of these hours would be posted office <br /> hours with the remaining hours being flexible . <br /> 3 . The hours during the months of June through August <br /> will be 45 hours per week Eor 13 weeks or 585 hours based on <br /> full- time Monday through Friday with approximately 5 hours per <br /> weekend . <br /> 4 . We will provide 5 days of vacation during her first year as <br /> well as sick leave to be accrued at the rate of 6 days per <br /> year . <br /> 5 . We will provide office space at three locations for Ms . <br /> Thielen including the City Hall Offices on Monday , Wednesday, <br /> • and Friday ; Edgewood Community Center pool office and the <br /> Lakeside Park Beach Pavilion . <br />
