V r r -2- 9 . Coordinate and control facility usage for the Edgewood Community Center Pool and Lakeside Park Beach to include • pool rentals and other special pool activities . 10 . Initiate and control all supply equipment purchases to replenish existing inventories and provide additional items necessary for effective program implementation and assure that they are in good working condition . 11 . Establish necessary policies and procedures required to insure all required paper work is maintained for the proper and efficient running of the aquatics program including preparation of well documented reports that clearly identify existing program activity and extent of participation . The reports should include supporting information identifying accountability for administration of each program and re- lated employee lists, budget allocations, etc . 12 . In addition , Ms. Thielen will work towards accomplishing the objectives as outlined in her memorandum entitled , "Proposal for possible aquatic director responsibilities" , as noted in Addendum A. 13 . In addition , Ms. Theilen will interface with the school district as outlined in Addendum B which is the joint powers agreement with the school district providing 1111 coordination of the pool programs on a school district wide basis . In return for the aforementioned services from Ms . Thielen, the City of Mounds View hereby agrees to the following : 1 . Provide reimbursement for the proposed activities at an annual rate of $9 , 000 . 00 per year to be paid in twenty-six equal increments of $346. 15 per pay period . 2 . The hourly work schedule will be (September through May) 15 hours per week for 39 weeks equivalent to 585 hours . Approximately half of these hours would be posted office hours with the remaining hours being flexible . 3 . The hours during the months of June through August will be 45 hours per week Eor 13 weeks or 585 hours based on full- time Monday through Friday with approximately 5 hours per weekend . 4 . We will provide 5 days of vacation during her first year as well as sick leave to be accrued at the rate of 6 days per year . 5 . We will provide office space at three locations for Ms . Thielen including the City Hall Offices on Monday , Wednesday, • and Friday ; Edgewood Community Center pool office and the Lakeside Park Beach Pavilion .
