MEMO TO: Mound ' e Pl ks and Recreation Commission
11
FROM: Staff 101011
DATE: August 30 , 1983
RE: Lambert Park tot lot design
Staff has attached two possible tot lot designs that will
fall within the $5 ,000 range that has been budgeted for
equipment at Lambert Park. The two possible designs include
a play booster structure which would include two slides, a
number of ramps and a 360 degree tire swing. The landscape
structure playground module includes a horizontal ladder main
structure with a number of ramps , a wheel, spiral slide, dome
wall, tunnel support and a 360 degree tire swing . Both items
are actually a little bit over the $5 ,000 that is budgeted but
staff feels that they could serve as a main central module from
which the other structures could be relocated.
Staff will be teViewing the Lambert tot lot on our tour on
Thursday evening and will show how the proposed regrouping
of the existing playgrounds will work and how the central
structure as proposed will fit into the remaining area.
• BKA sll
Attachment
•
