The <br /> enclosed packet is not completed in its entirety and staff <br /> will be providing the minutes from the March meeting , monthly <br /> update, and additional staff memos on Wednesday, April 27 . <br /> As can be noted in the enclosed agenda , the major items that <br /> III we will be reviewing will be the playground design and <br /> construction at Lambert and Random Parks , leaf composting <br /> program and a review of staff' s memo on new departmental <br /> directions. <br /> In addition, it should be noted that the Saturday, April 30 <br /> meeting with the City Council will not be held as we were not <br /> able to get a full representation from the City Council .
