111/1 MEMO TO: Mounds View Park and Recreation Commission <br /> FROM: Staff <br /> DATE: August 25, 1982 <br /> -. <br /> RE: Budget Update <br /> Staff will be providing a verbal update regarding the budget process <br /> to date. A brief recap of our process to date is as follows : <br /> 1 . Staff has submitted budget to the Clerk/Administrator and the <br /> Finance Director. <br /> 2. The City Council reviewed the initial proposal and made some <br /> initial modifications. <br /> 3. Staff has met with the City Administrator and Finance Director <br /> on two separate occasions to forward a second draft proposal to <br /> the Council . <br /> 4. We are currently in the process of scaling the budget down approximately <br /> $62,000 on a city-wide basis to meet the proposed revenue projections. <br /> III/1 <br /> Staff will be providing a brief overview of our process to date and where <br /> the current Park and Recreation budget is standing. <br /> • <br />
