0 <br /> Suggestions we would make for the 1983 season include continuation of the <br /> • joint powers agreement first and foremost as we feel that both communities <br /> did benefit from the program; and with the split costs , we are able to pro- <br /> vide a higher quality program at very minimal dollars. Our specific suggestions <br /> for 1983 would be to make the necessary improvements to the puppet truck as <br /> initially outlined, and also possibly add some type of fan or ventilation system <br /> within the vehicle. We would continue the use of the young people in the actual <br /> show productions and possibly expand next year's live productions to include a <br /> second show. We are in the process of reviewing the poor attendance stops from <br /> last year and will be making recommendations to improve upon their locations <br /> so that we are making maximum use of our show locations. On behalf of the Summer <br /> Puppet Wagon staff, I would like to thank both the City Councils of New Brighton <br /> and Mounds View for providing us the opportunity to develop our summer theater <br /> program and we look forward to another successful season in 1983. <br /> BKA/sll <br />
