Fertilize - minimum of 5 lbs of N per 1000 sq. ft. <br /> per growing season . <br /> 3 . Aerate - minimum of two times per growing season . <br /> 4 . Weed control - 90% of all turf area to be weed <br /> free . <br /> 5 . Thatch control - 90% of al turf area to be weed <br /> free . • <br /> 6.
