MOUNDS VIEW PARKS , RECREATION AND FORESTRY DEPARTMENT <br /> 2401 Highway 10 <br /> Mounds View, MN 55112 <br /> 1111 PARK MAINTENANCE STANDARDS MANUAL <br /> I . BUILDINGS <br /> A. Permanent year around multi-purpose buildings - Lam- <br /> bert, Groveland, Hillview and Woodcrest Parks <br /> 1 . Paint - re-paint when 25% of paint is chipped and <br /> peeling or has graffiti . <br /> 2. Damage - repair immediately upon report of damage . <br /> 3. Service heating and electric units - all gas, <br /> electric , furnaces serviced minimum semi-annually <br /> or as needed. <br /> 4 . Inspect roof and general structure on an annual <br /> basis. <br /> 5 . Inspect doors weekly during program periods. <br /> ( Locking and closing ) . <br /> 6. Cleanliness - buildings are to be free of trash <br /> 4111 and debris at all times. <br /> 7 . Rubber floor covering at Lambert - floor removed , <br /> washed, deodorized and re-installed annually. <br /> II . BIKEPATHS/SIDEWALKS - Silver View and Greenfield Parks <br /> A. Ensure safe passage for bikes and pedestrians. <br /> B. All concrete/asphalt surfaces to he cleaned, repaired , <br /> sealcoated on an annual basis. <br /> C. All signage to be installed and maintained on a regu- <br /> lar basis. <br /> III . DAMAGE <br /> A. All damage must be reported to Parks, Recreation and <br /> Forestry Director immediately on provided damage re- <br /> port forms daily. <br /> B. Damage shall be repaired immediately. If damage can- <br /> not be repaired during working day , the damage will ne <br /> rendered safe until the next working day at which time <br /> it will be repaired. <br /> 1111 <br />
