RESOLUTION NO. 9750 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ADOPTING A FIVE YEAR FINANCIAL PLAN <br />FOR 2024 THRU 2028 <br />WHEREAS, the City Charter, Section 7.05 subdivision 1, calls for the City Council to <br />have prepared a five year financial plan commencing with the ensuing calendar year; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council and staff have reviewed this document; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council shall discuss and take public comment at a City Council <br />Meeting and adopt by motion or resolution the five year financial plan, with or without <br />amendment; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council may subsequently amend the five year financial plan at <br />their discretion upon proper public notice; and <br />WHEREAS, the five year financial plan is a work -in -progress and a guide for the City <br />Council and staff to make and plan for longer range decisions but does not bind or obligate <br />future Councils. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does hereby <br />adopt the Five Year Financial Plan for the period 2024 thru 2028, as attached. <br />Adopted this 8th day of May, 2023. <br />Gary a hl ause, Acting Mayor <br />ATTEST <br />Nyle fikmuA, City Administrator <br />(SF -AIL) <br />The Mounds View Vision <br />A Thriving Desirable Coninxuniry <br />
