Please note that it is staff ' s intent to invite the property owners abutting Silver View Park to attend the regularly scheduled Commission meeting at 7 : 30 p.m. to discuss the myriad of issues that are before us. I would appreciate any feedback and/or response to staff ' s pro- • posed list of discussion questions as well as any other issues that you would like to have addressed by the residents so that we might mail out a letter to each of the property owners on Monday morning. In addition, the City Council has requested that the Park Board review the long term financial plan as well as establish a prior- ity for future park oriented projects. To that end , staff has enclosed worksheets which outline selected projects itemized by individual project for each of the neighborhood parks. Hopefully will assist you in the establishment of an updated capital improvements program. Staff will be forwarding additional Commission packet information early next week, but I wanted to get some of this data out to you so you would have a chance to review it prior to Thursday' s meet- ing. Please note if any Commissioners would like to join staff for a brief walking tour at 5 : 30 p.m. , prior to the 6 : 30 p.m. Commission meeting on Thursday, please plan on meeting at the south side of the Silver View parking lot.
