This <br /> concept might be extended to include booklets and brochures <br /> outlining park facilities and existing recreational <br /> facilities besides just quarterly program reports . <br /> 5. You may have the desire to discuss general Park Commission <br /> issues, as to how agendas are prepared, items that are <br /> brought before Park Commission, relationship between staff <br /> and commission , relationship between Park Commission and City <br /> Council and how each of the different cities ' Park and <br /> Recreation Commissions function in general . <br /> These are just a few brief suggestions by staff of topics that <br /> might be of interest, and I would certainly welcome and encourage <br /> any new ideas or general discussion on these proposed items. <br /> BKA/sll <br /> 1111 <br /> • <br />
