Staff would like to propose <br /> that a general discussion of the referendum be held to determine <br /> what direction we might go from here . And, to determine what we <br /> might have learned from our most recent set-back . <br /> Staff will be providing a verbal report regarding our thoughts on <br /> this issue at Thursday evening ' s meeting.
