Signage - rules and regulations. <br /> 5. Regulate timer on lights to turn off at 10 p.m. <br /> 6. Provide areas for skate boarding. <br /> 7. Park security lighting at all three entrances. <br /> WOODCREST <br /> Problems: <br /> 1. Large amount of cars in parking lot late at <br /> night. <br /> 2. Some noise. <br /> 3. Using volleyball courts with car headlights. <br /> 4. Motorized vehicles on the easement behind <br /> Longview lots. <br /> Remedies: <br /> 1. Report disturbances to police department <br /> immediately. <br /> 2. Signage - curfew, rules, etc. <br /> 3. Regular patrolling by police officers. <br /> 4. Gate across entrance. <br /> 5. Neighborhood watch group. • <br /> HILLVIEW <br /> Problems: Because of the location of the park in <br /> relation to residential homes , this park does not <br /> experience much vandalism. <br /> Remedies: The only suggestion for Hillview would be <br /> a security light which has been planned for in the <br /> redevelopment. <br /> SILVER VIEW <br /> Problems: <br /> 1. Curfew violators. <br /> 2. Noise near water. <br /> 3. Turf and tree damage. <br /> 4. Three-wheelers and motor bikes. <br /> 5. Vagrants <br /> 6. Trees and undergrowth obstructing view of pond. <br /> Remedies: <br /> 1. Report disturbances immediately to police. <br /> 2. Gate across entrances. • <br /> 3. Security lighting (if not harmful to wildlife). <br /> 4. Park watch group. <br /> 5. Clean out undergrown for better view of park <br /> (Homeowners Association will volunteer labor). <br /> 6. Substantial administrative offense for being in <br /> park after curfew and/or when gate is closed. <br />
