-3- <br /> CABLE TV <br /> 0110 The cable TV cabinet has been installed and functional since <br /> October. Two bids have been received for the installation of <br /> Council ' s meeting microphones . The cable company has re-positioned <br /> the cable outlet to alleviate the mass of cords running on the <br /> floor. <br /> EMPLOYEE RELATIONS COMMITTEE <br /> The Employee Relations Committee continues to meet monthly. Members <br /> are : Mary Tatarek, Larry Decheine, Tim Pittman, Kim Herman, Mike <br /> Ulrich, Dave Brick and Mary Saarion. Three projects were completed <br /> this fourth quarter. The United Fund drive was administered by the <br /> committee . Also, the employee Christmas Party and holiday <br /> potluck/gift exchanged was organized by the group. Finally, the <br /> Body Fat Analysis tested by Group Health, Inc . personnel was <br /> implemented by the Employee Relations Committee . <br /> CLERICAL GROUP MEETINGS <br /> The clerical group meetings occur sporatically as necessary or <br /> requested . Due to my leave of absence , the regular bi-weekly <br /> meetings were postponed. The meetings will become more frequent and <br /> project orientated. <br /> In conclusion, I wish to express my sincere appreciation for a <br /> commendable job in office and program administration, and parks <br /> 110 maintenance as displayed by the Parks, Recreation and Forestry <br /> Department staff during my November/December part-time leave of <br /> absence .
