Recently a flyer was received <br /> advertising a great sale on bicycle racks . <br /> It is my request that the Parks & Recreation Commission <br /> consider the idea of purchasing these in 1988 in lieu of <br /> the 5 tetherball sets budgetted at $250 . 00 .
