_2 <br /> t1VCT REPORT Commissioner Silvis and Councilmember Wuori <br /> reported that the MVCT board has been <br /> interviewing for contracted positions and are <br /> in the process of hiring . • <br /> Director Saarion reported that Nick Temali and <br /> David Groth agreed that the repair money for <br /> theater floor and damage should be put into an <br /> escrow fund to earn interest so that in years <br /> to come the floor can be totally replaced <br /> using such monies . The City would open a <br /> savings program with both the City and <br /> Irondale High School signatures required for <br /> withdrawal . <br /> Commissioner Silvis made a motion to move that <br /> the City open escrow savings fund with $950. 00 <br /> for the replacement of Irondale High School <br /> theater floor to be under joint signatures of <br /> the City and Irondale High School . The motion <br /> was seconded by Commissioner Starr. Motion <br /> passed : 5 ayes , 0 ayes . <br /> SILVER VIEW PARK Director Saarion reported on the meeting which • <br /> was held with residents interested in the <br /> Silver View pathway drainage concerns . Mr. <br /> Boxrud reviewed the drainage evaluation and <br /> explained that a woodchip path would not hinder <br /> drainage if constructed as per his plan. Mr. <br /> Boxrud will provide the City with a plan by <br /> Monday, May 2 , 1988 . <br /> Director Saarion and Mr. Boxrud along with his <br /> crew will meet at Silver View Monday, April 25 <br /> to discuss plans for the pathway and parking <br /> lot development . Director Saarion reviewed <br /> Mr. Boxrud ' s suggested plans for proposed <br /> water and sewer services at Silver View. <br /> • <br />
