The first is concerning
a petition received by the residents of Silver View pond. Please
read my memo regarding this matter. The people who have signed the
petition have been invited, by certified letter, to attend the
meeting.
The second issue is the suggestion to rescind the last two capital
improvement plans for reasons explained in my memo.
• Because of these two important issues, I hope that you can attend
the meeting. Please call me at 784-3055 , ext. #20 if you have
questions or wish additional information regarding these or any
other issues. I look forward to seeing you at the meeting. Again,
if you are unable to attend the meeting, please notify the Parks and
Recreation Department at 784-3055 .
Sincerely,
--727ay
Mary Saarion, Director
Parks, Recreation and Forestry
MS/sl
Enclosures
