Resolution 9753 Continued <br />2. City hereby approves the Bid Alternate _ for constructing a trail along <br />Pleasant View Drive at a cost of $ <br />3. The City Council also authorizes a contingency of 10% or $ for any <br />unforeseen issues that arise during this construction project the continued <br />design of the shared use trail on Pleasant View Drive as proposed in the street <br />design. <br />4. The City Council approves the proposal from the City of Fridley to perform <br />Engineering and inspections of the project in the amount of $ <br />5. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute all appropriate documents to effectuate the actions contemplated by <br />this resolution. <br />6.
