This is in <br /> lieu of our April Meeting. <br /> • Landscape timeline: The 2, 1/2 court basketball courts will be in by the first part of <br /> June. The irrigation system will be worked on once that is complete. Rick has been <br /> planting trees where he can at this point and will be working with the school to have <br /> the kids help on the North side planting in May. <br /> • NYSCA Certification: We have explored the certification, and received the <br /> information. The MVCC Program Director, Shannon Roepke, will test to become a <br /> trainer. This will be implemented for our youth coaches. <br /> • VB court lighting at City Hall: The cost of lighting is$7,390. We will continue <br /> discussion on this at our May meeting. <br /> • • Gym Amenities: The amenties are completely ordered. The Vendor had difficulty <br /> with fitting all 6 baskets on wall-mounts. The final product will be 4 main, ceiling <br /> mounted baskets (on the 2 side-by-side courts) and 1 wall mounted practice basket on <br /> the east wall. I will explain more of this at our meeting. All baskets, lockers, wall <br /> padding, and divider curtain should be in around June 1. <br /> • Refrigerator donation: I am waiting for Steve's appliance to a acquire a used unit. <br /> They are willing to donate used. I have been calling about once every 2 weeks to <br /> check the status. <br /> • Silverview trail paving: The Council has approved a hearing. The item will be on the <br /> regular agenda for May. I will be sending a letter to affected residents to invite them <br /> for discussion on this matter. I may be asking some of you for assistance in <br /> identifying those homes. <br /> • 4 Safety bases for softball: These are in place for the leagues starting the week of <br /> April 26. <br /> • Final numbers for Spring programs: These are updated figures from our last <br /> meeting.
