5. $3.00 per bag of lime. <br /> 6. Food concession permit only is $25.00/tournament. <br /> 7. A deposit of $100.00 for use of liner and bases. (To be returned when the bases and <br /> liner are returned.) <br /> 8. A $50.00 deposit for no alcoholic beverages (to be returned after completion of • <br /> tournament with compliance to this rule). <br /> NOTE: All equipment must be picked up at the maintenance garage, Monday through Friday, <br /> between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. at a pre-arranged time by calling 784-3055. <br /> All equipment must be returned the Monday following the tournament. A late fee of $25.00/day will be <br /> charged if returned later than Monday morning. If equipment is damaged due to negligence, the <br /> tournament sponsor will be held responsible for all damages. <br /> D. Food and beverage permits must be applied for at least ten days before the tournament and <br /> must be approved by the Director of Parks, Recreation and Forestry. The fee is <br /> $25.00/tournament per site. <br /> E. All user fees must be deposited with the City two weeks before the tournament. <br /> F. Individuals responsible for tournament MUST have in their possession a signed, written use <br /> permit specifying which fields they are to be using. <br /> G. No games can start before 8:00 a.m. City Ordinance states that City parks close at 10:00 p.m. <br /> H. Per City Council action, a $5.00 fee must be charged for all checks returned by the bank for <br /> any reason. All checks must be accompanied by proper identification. <br /> All tournament requests will be handled on a first-come, first-serve basis. If a request is <br /> received for the same weekend, at the same time, the priorities would be as follows: <br /> 1. Civic groups and organizations whose tournaments would benefit a civic purpose. IIP <br /> 2. City sponsored league teams who have the most seniority. <br /> 3. . Other City sponsored league teams. <br /> J. No ticket or entrance fee may be charged to tournament spectators. <br /> K. The tournament sponsors are responsible for the conduct of teams in the tournament <br /> including: <br /> 1. Parking - Vehicles are prohibited from parking on park grass. <br /> 2. Glass - Glass bottles are prohibited in the parks. <br /> 3. Littering - Littering is prohibited. <br /> 4. Vandalism - Vandalism is prohibited and subject to fines and/or prosecution. <br /> 5. Alcohol - No alcoholic beverages are permitted in the parks. <br /> 6. Behavior - Unsportsmanlike behavior is prohibited. Offenders are subject to automatic <br /> removal from game after a warning and forfeiture of team after second team offense. <br /> • <br /> Form 91-1 <br /> 2 <br />
