Park Facility Use <br /> Permit & Reservation Policy <br /> Page two <br /> • <br /> 5. Athletic facilities can be scheduled and used for tournaments but must pay the fees <br /> described in the tournament reservation form. <br /> 6. All athletic field and park facilities are reserved and permits granted at the discretion <br /> of the Parks, Recreation & Forestry Department staff. Any infraction of the rules <br /> will dismiss a particular group or individual from continued reservations or permits <br /> for use of the facilities. <br /> The park facilities for the City of Mounds View residents are available for use by all <br /> persons of the City of Mounds View. The Mounds View Parks, Recreation & Forestry <br /> Department is responsible for managing these facilities in order to provide all residents <br /> the opportunity to use the facilities.
