We <br /> are waiting for the grass to stop growing, but the weather has provided for excellent <br /> growing and although the parks take a lot of mowing, the turf is really nice. Soccer has <br /> begun along with the 4-Man Football activity. Students are back in school, busses can <br /> be seen throughout the day in the community. The transition from summer to fall has <br /> begun. <br /> The regular September Parks and Recreation Commission meeting will be held on <br /> Thursday, September 24, 1992 at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall. The agenda is very light.
