Adequate utilities, access roads, drainage and necessary facilities have been or <br />will be provided. <br />FINDING: Adequate utilities, roads, and drainage exist. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended approval at its May 17, 2023 <br />meeting (Resolution 1160-23); and, <br />WHEREAS, A Public Hearing was held on Monday, June 12, 2023.
